Dairy Surveyor Application:

Our milk unions operate in large geographical areas covering many villages and towns. Hence, we need an information system which not only captures the data but also maps its location. Dairy Surveyor application developed by NDDB provides a solution to this and facilitates real-time monitoring and planning of various dairy activities. Dairy Surveyor is a GIS-enabled field data collection, visualisation, and decision-making Android application. This mobile application, along with the data, also captures latitude and longitude of the location, which makes it a unique application. With the help of the Dairy Surveyor application, the milk unions will be able to greatly enhance their decision-making capabilities related to planning and monitoring. You may like to view the webinar on the utility of the Dairy Surveyor here (LINK). This illustrates various use cases in the area of milk procurement and marketing, which may be useful for your organisation.
