- Milk solids recovery assessment in dairy plants during their routine operational practices with the aim of reduction in milk solids losses
- Strengthening and modernising Quality Control laboratory of a dairy plant
- Special studies such as improvement in microbiological quality with respect to MBRT time, prevailing levels of Fat/SNF in raw milk at udder levels, etc.
