In order to ensure food safety throughout the dairy value chain, NDDB assists dairy co-operatives in the introduction of the International Food Safety Management System.

The promotion of Food Safety System includes :

  • Sensitisation of dairy cooperatives on food safety
  • Field Visit – Backward & Forward
    • Identification of food safety gaps & suggesting safety mechanism 
  • Plant Inspection
    • Identification of food safety gaps & suggesting safety mechanism
    • Identification of areas needing improvement with focus on plant efficiency 
  • Quality Policy & Quality Manual, Operation of FSMS leading to Certification ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000
    • Brainstorming before couching the Quality policy and Quality Manual
    • Operation of FSMS, Internal Audit / Internal Audit – Second Party / External Audit
