Ms. Varsha Joshi is a senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer currently serving as Additional Secretary (Dairy Development) in the Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Government of India. She plays a key leadership role in shaping national policies and programs related to the dairy sector, rural livelihoods, and cooperative development.

With her strong background in governance and public administration, Ms. Joshi has contributed significantly to the formulation and implementation of flagship dairy initiatives aimed at improving milk production, ensuring farmer welfare, and supporting sustainable livestock practices.
